QuikSCAT Iceberg Data Time Series

QuikSCAT 'A' images are animated in the following movies in order to illustrate how scatterometer data can be used to track large tabular icebergs. For more information see the BYU Iceberg Database page.

The images in the movies that follow have been scaled down from their original sizes and may have modified aspect ratios. Labels have been added to show the position of each iceberg for each day. These movies are available in mpeg, quicktime (.mov), .avi, and animated gif formats. Caution: the movies in some formats tend to be very large, requiring long download times.
