Comparison of QuikSCAT and Oscat

The ISRO Oceansat-2 scatterometer (Oscat) is very similar, but not identical to the SeaWinds scatterometer flown on QuikSCAT. The following detail some of the differences. Note that since some parameters (such as orbit height) vary over the mission life, the values are the nominal reported values for each sensor.
