C code include files for the BYU-MERS "SIR" image file format


These provide prototype calls for the various routines.

The file sir3.h include the #define statement that define machine byte order.
It should be edited according to the machine.  Note: multibyte values are
stored in SIR files in big endian order, so byte swapping is required on
little endian machines.
